Adjusting Ring Introduction The threaded connection cannot ensure that the flange faces are aligned after all parts are tightened. To address this, we have incorporated an adjusting ring between the handrail tube and the connector. This adjusting ring allows you to fine-tune the direction of the flanges during assembly.
Once all the flanges are aligned in the desired direction, the adjusting ring can be rotated in the direction of the connector, fully securing the connector and preventing any shaking between the parts.
The number of adjusting rings required is one less than the number of flanges. This means you can first determine the orientation of one flange and then adjust the others accordingly.
